Patients referred to us will under go a combined assessment by a medical doctor and physical therapist.
The goal of each assessment is to determine a diagnosis and make recommendations on continued care.
Pathway Rehabilitation offers treatment of injuries resulting from work, motor vehicle accidents and sports.
