Athletic Therapist, Manager of Clinical Services
Adam Trimble, CAT(C), B.E.S.S.
Adam graduated from the University of Manitoba from the Exercise and Sports Science program with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. Adam has worked in the area of reconditioning and rehabilitation since 2002. Adam specializes in conducting Functional Capacity Evaluations and the management of the Reconditioning and Work Hardening Programs. He has developed a wide array of Return to Work Programs and performed a variety of Ergonomic, Workplace, and Home Assessments.
Adam enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and going to the gym in his spare time.
Athletic Therapist
Erin Tolentino, CAT(C), B.Kin-AT
Erin graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Athletic Therapy) and certified as an athletic therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association on 2017.
Erin specializes in the assessment and treatment of a variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. She is certified in acupuncture as well as trained in Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluations.
In her free time Erin enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, walking her dog and eating ice cream.
Athletic Therapist
Tanya Fehr, CAT(C), B.Kin-AT
Tanya studied Athletic Therapy at the University of Manitoba and certified as an Athletic Therapist in 2016. She also graduated from Canadian Mennonite University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Her job involves assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries through the use of a variety of modalities; providing instruction and guidance of exercises to clients in reconditioning and activation programs. Tanya is a member of MATA and CATA.
Tanya enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and being outdoors.
Athletic Therapist - Brandon location
Kelly Svistovski, CAT(C), ATC, MSAT
Kelly is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University in North Carolina, where she obtained her Master’s of Athletic Training degree and became a BOC certified Athletic Trainer in 2016. She worked at Pfeiffer University with the Falcons’ men’s lacrosse, men’s basketball, and women’s volleyball teams before moving back home to Brandon. Kelly became dually certified in 2021, completing her Athletic Therapy certification with the CATA.
Kelly enjoys cooking and baking, playing with her dog, Reggie, and spending time with family.
Occupational Therapist
Kim Robak, O.T. Reg. (MB)
Kim is a graduate of the Master’s of Occupational Therapy program at the University of Manitoba and has been a member of the Pathway Rehabilitation team since 2009. Professional development has included being trained in Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluation and Matheson Ergonomic Evaluation Program. She has also been certified to provide the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP). Kim is a member of COTM, CAOT, MSOT, COTO and CAM. Kim provides services to Winnipeg and Brandon, MB as well as Kenora, ON and the surrounding area.
Kim enjoys being with her family and loves to stay active by playing Ultimate Frisbee on a regular basis, hot yoga and walking her dog, Jaxxi.
Athletic Therapist
Gyan Balbin-Caballero, CAT(C), B.Kin-AT
Gyan graduated from University of Manitoba 2008 with Bachelor’s of Kinesiology, Majoring in Athletic Therapy and Certified as an Athletic Therapist in 2010 with the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association. Gyan was a student athlete while attending university playing baseball for Great Plains Academy. He has over 10 years of experience in providing athletic therapy services and reconditioning rehabilitation.
He continues to enjoy playing basketball, baseball and taking his 2 dogs for a walk during his spare time. He loves going on vacation to the Caribbeans with his family during the cold winter months and camping in the summer.
Exercise Therapist
Kirsten Nicolajsen, BKin, CSEP-CEP
Kirsten graduated from the University of Regina in 2008 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology majoring in Fitness and Lifestyle. She went on to certify with CSEP as a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Kirsten has over 15 years of experience working as a rehabilitation professional.
Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She volunteers in her community, practices yoga, reads, stays active, and spends time outdoors.
Sydney McLean, CAT(c)
Sydney graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Athletic Therapy), and certified as an Athletic therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association in 2023. While in school Sydney worked with the Brandon University Bobcats men’s and women’s soccer teams as a student AT and strength and conditioning coach before graduating.
In her spare time Sydney enjoys spending time with family, mountain biking, camping, and being with her 2 dogs.

Morgan Klassen, CAT(c)
Morgan graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology - Athletic Therapy, and certified as an Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association in 2022. While in school Morgan worked as a student AT with the UofM Bisons Women’s Hockey team. She has experience, and enjoys, working with clients of all ages and abilities.
In her free time Morgan enjoys spending time with friends and family, going for walks with her dog, and crocheting.
